Submission Procedure
Authors are invited to submit their manuscript strictly in MS-word or PDF format. The full-length paper shall be two columns IEEE format and shall not exceed 6 pages. It must have abstract with details of name of author(s), contact details, institutional affiliation with max.6 keywords, clear figures and tables, numbered sequentially. All submitted papers will be handled electronically and reviewed by at least two domain experts.

Technical Collaboration and consideration of the selected papers of the Conference for publication in BJIT, subject to the review process.
The selected papers (if the papers have not been published, elsewhere, in any form) or extended version of the papers, with minimum 70% new content and different title (if the papers have been published, elsewhere, in any form) for publication in BJIT – “International Journal of Information Technology”. The Journal is published by Springer Nature, under ISSN: 2511-2104 (Print Version); ISSN: 2511-2112 (Electronic Version) having Springer Journal No.: 41870. The Journal is abstracted / indexed in the world’s premiere data bases like SCOPUS (USA) with CiteScore 2.6 (for 2021), DBLP (Germany), INSPEC (UK), UGC-CARE List (INDIA), etc.
Papers having overall Similarity Index less than 20% and not more than 05% from a single source (with not more than 05 consecutive words matching) shall only be considered for our Journal. The plagiarism check using i-Thenticate / Turnitin software.
Papers upto 06 pages shall be published FREE of COST. However, upto additional 06 pages may be considered, if required, for publication with Extra Page Charges (EPC) of Rs. 2,000/- (for Indian participants) and US$ 100/- (for International participants) per page.
Papers shall be published in both; Soft copy as well as Hard Copy.
Organizers and Authors shall need to sign the agreement and transfer the copyrights of the accepted papers to BVICAM, New Delhi for publication in BJIT.
Final Acceptance of the Papers, after due review process, shall be communicated to the authors, only after the papers have been presented in the conference and a confirmation to this effect is submitted to us by the organizer.
